FULL VIDEO TRANSCRIPT BELOW
We just finished updating this Roanoke home and this is for the big families. It might be the least expensive updated five bedroom home in Roanoke. I want to know how y’all think we did. I will share the price and all other details at the end of the video, but for now let us go check it out.
Starting off hot with the kitchen, check this thing out. It is all brand new. Everything in this scene is brand new. Question number one: do you like this butcher block countertop? I am starting to see so many different counter options. Pause the video and let me know in the comments what you prefer as your counter. Second question regarding this kitchen: we brushed nickeled this puppy out. Brushed nickel pulls, brushed nickel faucet, brushed nickel light, brushed nickel chandelier. Oh yeah, there is a dining area right here as well. Someone recently told me in the comments that that is out. Am I missing something? Should we not be doing brushed nickel? Let me know in the comments.
One more quick shot of this beauty then we move on. This is one of two family rooms in this house. Check out that brand new big picture window. Here is one of the two full bathrooms in this house. We went with black grout in between the tile. We typically go warm gray, but we went with black. So let me know, do you like the black grout? Also check out the vanity mirror light, hand towel holder, toilet paper holder, towel holder, everything black. Let me know if you like it in the comments. Overall just let me know what you think of the bathroom.
Three bedrooms upstairs, take a look. All pretty large, all ceiling fans, all have closets. They do have carpet, sorry to the carpet haters! If you don’t like carpet you ain’t going to like the downstairs. Down here we got a large family room. We also got two legitimate bedrooms down here. New windows, check it out. Carpet down here as well, again sorry to the carpet haters! And now here we go, full bathroom downstairs as well. Okay this bathroom ain’t going to win any prizes for being large, but it is extremely functional. That is the smallest vanity money can buy. Of course you got your restroom and standup shower. Both bathrooms got you special fans, our signature. Got your nightlight going, you can hook up to music, cool stuff.
When I said this place would be great for a large family I meant your young kids could stay upstairs with mommy and daddy and the older children could stay down here. There is a family room where they can hang out, of course places for them to sleep, and then a place for them to bathe, all without bothering you upstairs. We do have this unfinished area, storage, utility sink, laundry comes with it, and it is all for a great price I might add. To top it all off there is a huge back patio to hang out on.
The price of this place is two hundred and seventy-four thousand, five hundred dollars. There will be a link to the listing in the comments that will have the professional pictures and all other details regarding the sale if you are interested. Thank y’all for watching, it is much appreciated. Thank you for liking, commenting, and sharing. It is super appreciated when you do that.
