So the cabinets at this home are great except for one spot. See, look how beautiful. And then we tried this pen. That didn’t work. So now we’ve opted towards going to some spray paint, right? But we don’t want to spray it everywhere. We just want to spray it in a puddle cuz that’s all we have, and time is ticking. Pictures are coming soon. And then we’re going to dip the paintbrush in the puddle and hope to paint this and make it look the same as the cabinets. Hopefully we don’t ruin that panel. Here we go.
A little darker, a little different color, but who’s asking? Yeah. Hopefully when it dries—I mean, we tried to match the color as best we could, so hopefully when it dries it’ll look a little bit better, but it certainly looks better than what was there before. Correct. You think about moving that microwave to the other side of the sink? Yeah. You guys know we typically just put in all new cabinets, but when we buy a home like this one that has cabinets in great shape and appliances in great shape, that would be a complete waste of money. We’re going to let it dry, hit it with a second coat, and I think it’ll be way less noticeable.
While I got you here, I want you to take a look at these solar panels. There’s way more panels on the back. But the cool thing about this place is that whoever purchases this home is not going to have an electric bill, or if they do, it’ll be like eight dollars. And we’re not going to charge any extra for the home even though it has the solar panels, and those are completely paid off. So what I mean is that the home’s going to be sold at the current market value with the addition of the solar panels. So I want you to tell me, do you think that is awesome or dumb? Do you like solar panels or not? I’ve had mixed thoughts on them in the past, but in this situation where someone’s going to be getting a home with panels with extended warranties and workmanship and everything like that and not going to have an electric bill, I feel like that’s a large incentive for someone to want to purchase this home because one of the bills that you incur monthly you’re just not going to have. And answer it as if you don’t have to pay for them at all, because in this scenario the buyer won’t have to pay for them.
