Flipping In The Winter

Ahh there’s nothing like it – completing a restoration on a home in the middle of winter. Flipping in the winter can be tricky. In Salem, VA we had 15+ inches of snow over the weekend of December 9, 2018, which makes for a pretty picture, but we had to slow down to shovel snow.

This great 3BR, 1BA brick ranch is getting a make-over with a new kitchen, new appliances, refinished hardwoods, new paint, new electrical and plumbing, new lighting, new roof, and lots of other goodies. Also has replacement windows, gas heat, central air, a full unfinished basement with laundry, large deck, mature shrubs, and a FLAT yard. It will be ready for sale in January of 2019.
