For a long morning on the road, we are going to check on a few of our listings here in Roanoke. These are homes that we fixed up and are now for sale, and then the last stop we are going to make is going to be a home that is currently under renovations. Where are we going first? Bloomfield Avenue in Bonsack. Well, at first glance, our first stop is looking very good.
I got a question for you folks once we get inside. We have these Hawaiian Breeze air fresheners at all of our current listings. Let me know if you think it is a good idea to have air fresheners at our listings or if you think that it is a little too overbearing. We have got a lot of comments that people actually don’t like those, but we really enjoy walking into a house and having it smell like a fresh air freshener, so seriously let us know in the comments what you prefer. Moving on, roundup is worthless. It is a little bit brown, it is one shade lighter green, but it is not dead.
We are at another one of our beautiful listings checking on it. We were just here putting new air fresheners in and spraying some weeds, and that was like what, five days ago, and look, nice and green. Roundup is a terrible product. This is a five-bedroom, and we included some battery-operated under-cabinet lights with a remote in this one. They have got a lot of cool different features, but one of the batteries is out on them, and I am guessing an agent left it on, or maybe one of their clients. Dad has got the Duracells in that puppy, got them done, good job.
This house has got all new interior doors. This is what you call a six-panel door. A lot of people are going to that flat style door with just kind of trim around the sides. Let me know in the comments if you prefer this more traditional style or if you like that flat panel style. At the one that we are currently working on now, the bathroom is kind of tight, so we had to get a small vanity, and it didn’t come with a backsplash. So we used some of the backsplash from the kitchen to form just a tiny one here behind this vanity sink. Let me know if you think that was a good idea, a good kind of design element, or if you think it is just a bad idea. Thanks for watching till the end, we appreciate you guys.
